Isentia helped to analyse and evaluate all media coverage up to, during and post the largest event to be held in Australia in over a decade.
The insights that Isentia provided helped GC2018 to identify key media markets, customise messaging and track sentiment. It was a valuable platform to track how GC2018 was being perceived in market by media, business and consumers, all of which assisted with high-level business decisions. At Games time, Isentia representatives were embedded in the Games Communication Centre (GCC), providing real-time media monitoring services, which on several occassions alerted the GC2018 team to media and social discussions that both the GOLDOC and other partners needed to be aware of.
