With huge volumes of coverage to find, manage and comprehend the team at ATEED had a challenge on their hands. With Auckland’s economy booming alongside a diversified media playground, they needed a solution which allowed them to:

  • identify proactive opportunities
  • address issues quickly
  • track long term issues, and
  • create monthly reporting and analysis.

Our approach

Deploying Mediaportal as a solution to help ATEED address these challenges, save them time and give them the information they needed was a first step. Building a strong relationship and understanding of their business has allowed our team to provide exceptional customer service – acting as an additional set of eyes and ears for the ATEED team.

The app has also been key for the team, helping them understand what is printed in the morning, rather than waiting for the printed version to hit the shops. This means the team has been able to deal with issues proactively before they hit the media.

Being able to be proactive on issues has been crucial for the ATEED business, with alert notifications keeping them on top of the stories that matter.
