Isentia Group Limited (ASX:ISD) today announces the appointment of James Merritt as Chief Executive Asia, as it continues to strengthen its executive team under Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Ed Harrison.
James will join Isentia on Monday 4th November 2019 from his current position as Head of APAC at global customer data science firm, dunnhumby.
James brings extensive leadership and commercial experience from heading up the dunnhumby Asia Pacific region over the last several years. He will be responsible for continued growth and strategy execution across Isentia’s Asia markets.
Ed Harrison, Isentia Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, said: “James is a seasoned professional and commercial leader, he brings with him a lot of passion for delivering real value and business building as evidenced through his success in multiple Asian markets. James’ familiarity with market solutions that combine technology, software and consulting, mean that he is particularly well-placed to lead our Asia strategy.”

James has been the Managing Director, dunnhumby, a global data science business. Executive business leader for the Asia region responsible for existing operations in the region and establishing new business via existing and new verticals.
James has been a strong business builder with 20 + years of experience across Europe and Asia. During his 11 years at dunnhumby he has been a critical force in their Asian business. James has an incredible track-record of business building and turnaround in several Asian geographies.
James a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University UK, where he holds a Bachelor Honors in Business and Marketing.
