Isentia has today re-launched its Mediaportal app following an in-depth research across APAC around what clients want from their mobile experience. Isentia discovered the activities clients want to perform on an app differ to the ones they would complete on desktop. That has led to demand for a distinctive user experience on the mobile app, which is completely different from the desktop experience.
Clients want to be able to quickly share content using any native sharing tool, from email and SMS to WhatsApp, as well as receive updates via native notifications, highlighting the newest media items on a smartphone’s home screen as it happens.
