Kylie brings more than 20 years of corporate communications and leadership experience in Government organisations. She is also one of only thirty-five members of the Australian Rural Leadership Program, contributing to the future prosperity of rural and regional Australia.

In her new role she will be responsible for strengthening Isentia’s relationship with Canberra clients, including the Australian Government portfolio.

“Kylie is a communications veteran and a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the Government sector. She joins the team at a time when media intelligence is particularly important – especially to Australian Government organisations. I look forward to seeing her take our service level and performance in Canberra to new heights.”

“Local presence, deepest range of coverage and accuracy are what set us apart in the Government space. These strengths are critical to all our clients through the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past few months, Isentia’s fast-tracked approach to innovation has delivered several new additions to our offering including CALD Media Monitoring and Off-Brief Search. Kylie will play a pivotal role in keeping our Canberra clients abreast of Isentia’s innovations and proactively develop solutions to meet their needs,” said Mr. Horell.

Mrs Dunstan said she was thrilled to be joining APAC’s leading media intelligence provider at such an important time.

“Access to timely media intelligence, reporting and insights has never been more important. I’ve been a loyal Isentia client for over 20 years and understand how media intelligence, including monitoring and insights analysis services can transform communication responses to issues or help to execute effective campaigns. Having professionally benefited from Isentia’s media solutions and innovative products I’m excited to now be part of the team and see the next phase of innovation first hand. I’m looking forward to working directly with our Canberra clients so they can benefit from the constantly evolving suite of media intelligence solutions.”

“COVID-19 has made the importance of informed and proactive communications clearer than ever before and the effort of Isentia’s Canberra team in helping clients proactively navigate the crisis has been nothing short of outstanding,” Mrs Dunstan said.
