Isentia’s Research and Insights business is one of the largest and most experienced media analysis teams in the world.
They provide unrivalled quantitative, qualitative and investigative data and media analysis, and have been awarded measurement business of the year by the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC), every year it has been awarded.
Working closely with their clients and where possible, specialising in industry segments and categories, our analysts use all sources of information available to them, they closely monitor media mentions and other developments in their fields and distil significant volumes of data into reports that are both easy to understand and action.
As well as being responsive to critical issues and reviewing their projects in the light of longer-term trends, our analysts assist in the determination of data collection, crunch that data and the provide both written assessments and oral briefings to their clients.

Executive Director, Research & Insights
Khali directs our Insights service across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. With over 12 years’ experience in communications research, Khali has a deep understanding of our clients and the media intelligence industry. She is passionate about Insights, and has presented at a range of conferences, providing strategic advice on demonstrating success, reputation management and the impact of integration. Khali holds a Bachelor of Communications from Charles Sturt University, has previously worked as an academic researcher for Monash University and also as a researcher for Indonesia’s national newspaper, Kompas. She is a member of the AMEC Asia Pacific Chapter Leadership team.
Head of Insights, Australia
Asha joined Isentia as Head of Insights in October last year, Asha is an experienced media executive, with 20 years’ experience working in sales, digital and content management roles within the global print, digital and broadcast media industry for organizations such as the BBC, The UK Press Association and ITN Ltd. Asha has a BA degree in Multimedia Journalism and has served on the board as a non-executive director of two digital media businesses in the UK.
Head of Insights, Asia
Prashant brings 12 years of consumer research experience as Insights Director at Singapore office. His research has been covered by Oxford University Press, Palgrave Macmillan, The Straits Times, Campaign Asia, and ad:tech ASEAN. Prashant pursued his Masters’ degree from the National University of Singapore. An MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, he attended a specialised programme at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He was also chosen among ASEAN Leaders 2017 by Common Purpose and GE ASEAN.
