Meet the speakers

Jake is the VP of Research & Insights for Access Intelligence. He is a researcher who specialises in building insight teams to drive growth in Tech. Prior to joining AI, Jake built and led the Research & Insight teams at O2, Twitter and Deliveroo as well as spending time agency side at Kantar + some small consultancies. He is on the main board of the Market Research Society and a founding member of The Delphi Group.

Alex Spence is an award-winning Digital Manager for the New Zealand Olympic Committee (@TheNZTeam). Previously she was the Media Manager for Netball New Zealand and took on the role of creating their social presence right when Facebook launched. The NZ Team has been recognised as a world-leading NOC for social media and digital integration, winning multiple awards. Alex is passionate about online story-telling through various mediums and believes that staying at the forefront of digital change and trends has been key to their success.

 

Meg Rayner is a dedicated and award-winning communications and corporate affairs professional with a passion for crisis management and media relations. She has more than 15 years’ experience in journalism, government and retail communications roles. In the past two years Meg has managed Coles’ media response to needles in strawberries, the 2019/20 Bushfires and pandemic.

 

Taylor Blackburn is a multi-award winning communications specialist. Since 2018, he has focused on personal finance and insurance, and regularly appears in national media including Sunrise, Today, ACA, Seven and Nine News as a spokesperson for Finder. He has previously represented major brands like Ford, Toyota, and Oracle and national causes like Lung Foundation Australia, ALS and Breast Cancer Australia.
