Isentia's report has guided us in our regular communication planning and implementation over the past year. We have used their report’s average favourability rating in the performance measurement of our internal PR team (KPI) and our external PR agency. We were able to manage negative press trends better through observing the trends in coverage of crises and how this evolved over time. In particular, Isentia reported on public response to our new corporate image – in line with our strategy to be a modern, commercially-competitive property developer in order to fund affordable housing projects. Thanks to their analysis, we received confirmation that the public was critical of our commercial aspirations and urged PKNS to solely focus on affordable housing.
